The J.W. Nixon High School Golden Spurs received 3rd place at the 53rd Annual Alethea Talent Show that was held yesterday afternoon at the Civic Center.

The Boys and Girls Basketball teams are beginning their seasons.  We want to wish all the players good luck in their games.  Let's go out and support our teams.
Good Luck to Coach Soliz and Coach Averill.

We would like to thank Sheri Alba and the Boys Basketball Booster Club for the beautiful artwork  in the front office.  You can view the words, "Mustangs Lead, Others Follow" and the "Mustang" as you enter the office.  It is awesome and we appreciate their continual commitment to the students of J. W. Nixon High School.

If you are parking in the student parking area anywhere on campus, you must pick up a parking sticker at the office.  You must show proof of insurance and driver's license.  The

If you are driving to school and attend VMT, LCC, or TAMIU, you need to report to the office to pick up a sticker to place in your car's windshield.   This sticker will enable you to leave the campus during the lunch period to attend your afternoon classes.
